# UNFOLLOW

Disconnect the local MemSQL Ops agent from its currently attached primary agent.

The unfollow command is used to disconnect a follower agent from its primary agent. This command is meant for advanced users while troubleshooting, or for testing purposes.

## Usage

```
usage: memsql-ops unfollow [--settings-file SETTINGS_FILE] [-f]

Disconnect the local MemSQL Ops agent from the primary agent.

optional arguments:
  --settings-file SETTINGS_FILE
                        A path to a MemSQL Ops settings.conf file. If not set,
                        we will use the file in the same directory as the
                        MemSQL Ops binary.
  -f, --force           Continue to unfollow the primary if primary cannot be
                        reached.
