Added the MV_GLOBAL_STATUS, MV_GLOBAL_VARIABLES, MV_SYSINFO_CPU, MV_SYSINFO_CPU_DISK, MV_SYSINFO_CPU_LIST, MV_SYSINFO_MEM, and MV_SYSINFO_NET views.
