# Flow on Helios API

The Flow on Helios API allows you to create, configure, and manage Flow pipelines, enabling seamless integration with third-party applications and workflow automation. It provides an HTTP interface that primarily follows REST conventions, while also supporting RPC-style command endpoints for specific operations. Flow on Helios provides two APIs: [Ingest](https://docs.singlestore.com/db/v9.1/load-data/load-data-with-singlestore-flow-on-helios/flow-on-helios-api/flow-on-helios-ingest-api.md) API for data transfers up to 10 GB, and [XL Ingest](https://docs.singlestore.com/db/v9.1/load-data/load-data-with-singlestore-flow-on-helios/flow-on-helios-api/flow-on-helios-xl-ingest-api.md) API for larger tables.
