Managed Service Scheduled Updates


SingleStore Managed Service scheduled updates occur for all regions on the first and third Saturday of each month, at 12:00 PM EST / 5:00 PM UTC, and typically last for two (2) hours.

Email reminders for each upcoming scheduled update are sent to customers who have registered on the Customer Portal and have an active SingleStore Managed Service cluster.

These scheduled updates allow improvements, bug fixes, and optimizations to be made to your clusters. On occasion, these updates may trigger a rolling online restart of your cluster. While SingleStore Managed Service clusters are redundant, and restarting nodes should not typically affect your workload, you may experience 2 - 5 minutes where DDL is unavailable during the restart as the Master Aggregator is updated.
