COLUMN_STATISTICS
This view contains information about each column in a given cluster. Each row displays information about a given column on a given database partition.

For columnstore, use the TABLE_STATISTICS view to see how much memory (RAM) the table is using. This will include all columns as there is no per-column memory use tracking for columnstore tables. |
