Step 2: Load company profile data

Download companylist.csv onto your local machine and then load it into the company table by either using a MySQL client (such as Sequel Pro, MySQLWorkbench) or by using the LOAD DATA command.

If you are using a MySQL client, open your MySQL client and navigate to the menu item for importing data from a file. Import companylist.csv into the company table.

If you are using a terminal, run the LOAD DATA command to load the data into the company table.

LOAD DATA INFILE '/tmp/companylist.csv'
INTO TABLE company
FIELDS TERMINATED BY ',' ENCLOSED BY '"'
LINES TERMINATED BY '\r\n'
IGNORE 1 LINES;
