Customers with an existing license or SingleStoreDB Cloud subscription have access to support as defined by their associated agreement. SingleStoreDB Cloud provides the same support and services for SingleStoreDB Cloud that are available for self-managed deployments of SingleStoreDB Cloud. To obtain support for SingleStoreDB Cloud, visit support.singlestore.com.

SingleStoreDB Cloud trial support is available via SingleStore documentation and SingleStore Forums.

Enterprise Customers, SingleStoreDB Cloud, SingleStoreDB Self-Managed

All SingleStore customers who pay for SingleStoreDB Cloud, and/or have a self-managed license, have access to SingleStore Support (subject to your contract and the SingleStoreDB Cloud Terms of Service or SingleStore Software and Services Agreement, respectively).
