SingleStoreDB provides the same support and services for SingleStoreDB that are available for self-managed deployments of SingleStoreDB. SingleStoreDB trial support is available via SingleStore documentation and SingleStore Forums.

Enterprise Customers, SingleStoreDB Cloud, SingleStoreDB Self-Managed

All SingleStore customers who pay for SingleStoreDB Cloud, and/or have a self-managed license, have access to SingleStore Support (subject to your contract and the SingleStoreDB Cloud Terms of Service or SingleStore Software and Services Agreement, respectively).
